Abstract

This article explores the dual nature of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within contemporary educational frameworks. It examines the major advantages of AI, including personalized learning, administrative efficiency, and 24/7 student support. Concurrently, it critically analyzes the significant drawbacks, such as the digital divide, ethical and privacy concerns, the risk of diminished critical thinking, and the loss of human touch. The paper concludes that while AI serves as a powerful auxiliary tool, it cannot replace the holistic role of human educators.
