Abstract

This thesis investigates the methodology of rapid diagnostics and monitoring of the functional state and physical working capacity of elite boxers during the pre-competition stage of training. The purpose of the study is to develop an optimal system for evaluating adaptation and recovery processes in boxers' bodies under the influence of high-intensity training workloads using pulsometry , chrono-dynamometry, and modern psychophysiological tests. The research analyzes the dynamics of functional indicators of the cardiovascular, central nervous, and musculoskeletal systems of athletes across pre-competition microcycles . The findings indicate that the proposed rapid monitoring methodology enables the early detection of overtraining states in boxers, the individual correction of training workloads, and ensures that athletes reach the supercompensation phase before competitions.
