Abstract

This thesis investigates the methodology for improving the effectiveness of the training process and rationally coordinating the academic and athletic workloads of student-boxers in higher education institutions (HEIs). The purpose of the study is to develop a pedagogical system for optimizing special physical and technical-tactical training workloads during the pre-competition stage, considering students' intellectual and physical fatigue during the academic process. The research analyzes the methodology of periodic monitoring of student-boxers' functional state and the design of individual training microcycles . The findings indicate that the proposed methodology not only enhances the special endurance and speed-strength qualities of student-athletes but also significantly improves their athletic performance in intercollegiate competitions.
