Abstract

This article presents a methodology for developing students’ spatial thinking and graphic competencies through teaching the topic “Sketching” in Engineering Graphics. The study investigates the effectiveness of innovative pedagogical technologies, interactive teaching methods, visual modeling, 3D models, and real-object-based sketching activities. The results of the pedagogical experiment demonstrate that the proposed methodology significantly improves students’ graphic literacy, spatial visualization skills, and technical sketching abilities.
