Today, the digitalization of the education system is one of the most pressing global issues, requiring educators to master modern technologies, digital didactics, and innovative teaching methods. The article presents a comparative analysis of educational reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan, specifically focusing on initiatives within the "Digital Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy, as well as international experiences (South Korea, Singapore, China, Saudi Arabia). It explores ways to effectively utilize technological tools—such as artificial intelligence, interactive platforms, and distance learning opportunities—in shaping pedagogical competencies within a digital educational environment. Research results indicate that developing pedagogical skills requires more than just technical proficiency; it necessitates integrating collaboration, reflective practice, and a system of continuous professional development with digital didactics. The conclusions presented in the article offer practical guidance for improving higher education curricula and preparing future teachers to meet the demands of the digital age. It is argued that a teacher's professional preparedness in the context of digital transformation is a primary guarantee for enhancing the quality of education and fostering the holistic development of the younger generation.
