It highlights the critical significance of a creative approach in the modern educational process, the efficiency of integrating innovative teaching methods, and the role of creative competence within a teacher's professional activities. Furthermore, the study examines the primary phases of cultivating a creative educator, identifies common challenges encountered in contemporary pedagogical practices, and proposes strategic solutions.
