EXPLAINING AND USING INTERACTIVE METHODS IN ENGLISH LESSONS

This article analyzes the role and importance of interactive methods in the effective organization of English lessons. In the modern education system, increasing students' activity in the lesson process, forming independent thinking skills, and developing communicative competencies are among the important tasks. From this perspective, the pedagogical possibilities of using interactive methods such as "Brainstorming", "Cluster", "Discussion", "Role Playing", "Jigsaw", "Think-Pair-Share" in teaching English are highlighted. The article shows the effectiveness of these methods in developing students' listening comprehension, speaking, reading and writing skills through examples. It is also emphasized that the use of interactive methods results in the formation of creativity, critical thinking, teamwork and problem-solving competencies in students. The results of the study show that the regular use of interactive methods in English lessons helps to improve the quality of education.
