Abstract

In the ongoing processes of global integration, the importance of transport complexes and infrastructure is steadily increasing. The development of these sectors is being addressed within the framework of the global transport and logistics system. According to World Bank data, the global transport services sector is estimated at USD 4.3 trillion, accounting for 6.9% of global GDP. Annually, approximately 110 billion tons of freight and more than 1 trillion passengers are transported worldwide, while the number of employees engaged in transport infrastructure reaches 100 million people [3].
