Abstract
As the pursuit of maintaining global competitiveness intensifies year by year, special emphasis is being placed on the organizational and economic mechanisms for improving efficiency through the application of service diversification in the service sector under the conditions of globalization. According to a study analyzing and forecasting the value of the global rolling stock market for 2023 and 2025, the volume of passenger railway transportation in the Asia-Pacific region significantly exceeds that of other regions, followed by Europe and North America. Worldwide, the industry generated approximately USD 54 trillion in revenue in 2023, and this figure is expected to exceed USD 70 trillion by 2025. Today, in the global services market, increasing attention is being devoted to the development of business frameworks and models aimed at enhancing service quality, as well as to the implementation of mechanisms that address the social, economic, moral, and health-related impacts of their strategic application on the human factor.
