Abstract

This article discusses the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, which remain one of the leading causes of death worldwide. The paper examines the major risk factors contributing to cardiovascular disorders, including unhealthy lifestyle habits, poor nutrition, smoking, obesity, and stress. Special attention is given to preventive strategies such as healthy diet, physical activity, regular medical examinations, and public health education. Effective prevention can significantly reduce the incidence of heart disease and improve quality of life.
