Abstract

This article examines diabetes mellitus as one of the most widespread chronic diseases in the modern world. The paper discusses the main causes and types of diabetes, its symptoms and complications, as well as methods of prevention and disease management. Particular attention is given to the importance of healthy lifestyle habits, balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and early diagnosis in reducing the risks associated with diabetes.
