Abstract

This article explores anemia as a common hematological disorder characterized by a decrease in the level of hemoglobin and/or red blood cells in the blood. The paper discusses the main causes of anemia, including nutritional deficiencies, chronic diseases, genetic disorders, and blood loss. It also examines clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and modern treatment methods such as iron supplementation, vitamin therapy, and management of underlying conditions. Preventive strategies aimed at reducing the risk of anemia are also highlighted.
