Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into software applications has significantly enhanced the efficiency of human-computer interaction. Modern office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are widely used in education, business, and scientific research. However, performing routine operations within these applications often requires considerable time and technical expertise. This study proposes the development of an intelligent AI-based agent capable of controlling office applications through natural language commands. The system employs Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech recognition, and automation technologies to interpret user requests and execute corresponding actions. The proposed solution enables users to create, edit, save, and manage office documents using voice or text commands. Experimental results demonstrate improved productivity, reduced task execution time, and enhanced accessibility. The developed system contributes to the advancement of intelligent office automation and AI-assisted digital work environments.
