Abstract

English language proficiency has become an essential requirement for technical college students due to the increasing globalization of science, technology, and industry. Technical specialists are expected to communicate effectively in international environments, access professional literature, and utilize technological resources in English. This article explores effective methods of teaching English to technical college students, focusing on communicative, task-based, project-based, and technology-assisted approaches. The study highlights the importance of integrating professional content into language instruction to enhance students’ motivation and language competence.
