Abstract

The livestock sector plays a key role in ensuring food security in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this regard, cattle breeding is a priority in providing the population with dairy and meat products, light industry with leather and various other raw materials, producing 99 percent of milk and 63 percent of meat.
