This article examines the pedagogical and psychological conditions necessary for organizing the didactic process based on an ethnopedagogical approach. Ethnopedagogy emphasizes the integration of national traditions, cultural values, customs, and historical heritage into the educational process. The study highlights the importance of creating a culturally responsive learning environment that supports students’ moral, intellectual, and emotional development. The article analyzes the role of teachers, family traditions, and national educational values in enhancing learners’ motivation and personal identity. It is concluded that ethnopedagogical approaches contribute significantly to the effectiveness of modern education by promoting cultural awareness, psychological stability, and social responsibility among students
